About MAR

MAR (Mindful Action for Regeneration) is a registered nonprofit organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Proceeds from shop sales directly support our environmental conservation and education programs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our shop, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects exact colors. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD)
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout
  • Payment is charged at the time of order placement
  • MAR reserves the right to correct pricing errors; you will be notified and given the option to cancel if a price error affects your order

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within the United States unless otherwise noted
  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
  • MAR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or a damaged/defective item

Charitable Nature of Purchases

Purchases from the MAR shop support a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The retail value of goods received is not tax-deductible. Please consult a tax advisor for guidance on any deductible portion of your purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MAR website and shop including text, logos, images, and product designs is the property of MAR or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAR’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. MAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Because every purchase directly funds MAR’s conservation mission in Tampa Bay, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than damaged or defective items.

Our Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color
  • Delayed shipping (unless the item was lost in transit)
  • Digital products or downloads once delivered

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will make it right.

 

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the information listed below.

What to include in your request

  1. Your order number
  2. Your full name and email address used at checkout
  3. Photos of the damaged or defective item
  4. A brief description of the issue

Resolution Options

Once we verify the damage or defect, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement — we will ship a new item at no cost to you
  • Full refund — issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

 

We reserve the right to request that damaged items be returned before processing a replacement or refund. If return shipping is required, MAR will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building’s mail area, then contact your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you are welcome to place a new order through our shop.
