Celebrate the start of spring by giving back to your community on the Pinellas Trail!
Join us for Spring into Service, a volunteer event focused on beautifying and protecting the Pinellas Trail in St. Petersburg.
Hosted by the City of St. Petersburg in partnership with MAR – Mindful Action for Regeneration and Keep Pinellas Beautiful, this hands-on event invites volunteers to help plant trees and remove litter along the trail.
The event will kick off with opening remarks from Mayor Kenneth T. Welch, celebrating community service and the power of collective action.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to:
- Help plant trees along the Pinellas Trail to support urban canopy and environmental health
- Participate in a litter cleanup to keep the trail beautiful and safe
- Connect with fellow community members who care about sustainability and service
What to Bring:
- Closed-toe shoes
- Water bottle
- Gloves (optional)
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen)
All tools and supplies will be provided.

Volunteers ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
