Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this welcoming session invites you to move, breathe, and connect, both inward and with your local community.

Led by Sunstate Yoga, this yoga flow will guide you through a full hour of mindful movement surrounded by the natural beauty of the park.

What to expect:

• 1-hour all-levels yoga flow
• Post-flow hydration and light snacks
• Relaxed, nature-filled experience

Donation-Based Event:

This event is completely donation-based, making it accessible to everyone. All proceeds will support both Sunstate Yoga and MAR, helping continue community-centered wellness offerings like this one.
