Kick the new year off with MAR & The City of Safety Harbor as we roll up our sleeves to help launch a brand new trail at Folly Farm Nature Preserve! This hands-on volunteer event will bring our community together to restore habitat, remove invasive species, and help create a welcoming new trail entrance for future visitors.

Rumor has it the Folly Farm gnomes have been hard at work preparing the land and now they need your help! 🧙‍♂️

Volunteers will play a key role in establishing the entrance to the new trail:

• Work will begin in the Rainbow Garden
• Activities will continue into the adjacent wetland area
• Tasks may include light invasive removal, clearing brush, and trail corridor preparation

What to Bring:

• Long pants and long sleeves
• Closed-toe shoes
• Refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen & sunhat
• Gloves (optional, extras available)
• A positive attitude!

Tools and guidance will be provided on-site.
