Join MAR for a morning of mindful movement, community, and coastal care at Fort De Soto Beach!

As the year comes to a close, we’ll come together to breathe, stretch, and give back to our shoreline. This special event blends a yoga flow led by Brice Peoples with a hands-on beach cleanup, creating space for both inner and outer regeneration.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking for a peaceful way to reconnect with nature during the holiday season, this morning retreat is open to all.

Event Schedule:

8:00 AM – Yoga Flow with Brice Peoples
9:00 AM – Coffee & Light Refreshments
9:30 AM – Beach Cleanup

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or towel
• Reusable water bottle
• Sunscreen & hat
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• A sense of gratitude and community spirit 🌞

All cleanup supplies will be provided.

Parking: Information and parking code will be shared in a reminder email 1–2 days prior to the event.

Volunteers ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
